This page explains what Sweet Sha's Gourmet Cupcakes does with the details you give us when you join the pre-order list. Plain language, no lawyer-speak.

What we collect

• Your name — so we know who we're speaking to.
• Your phone number — so we can call or text you to confirm your order.
• Your email address — so we can send your confirmation and any launch news.
• Your social handle, if you choose to give one — so we can recognise you and tag you if you share our cupcakes.
• Where you found us — the link or site you arrived from, so we know which posts are working.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your cupcake order and to let you know when pre-orders open. That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

Your details are stored with Supabase, which hosts our database, and confirmation emails may be sent through EmailJS. Both are service providers acting for us — they don't get to use your details for anything else.

Advertising

This site uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Facebook and Instagram when someone visits the page or joins the list. That helps us show our ads to people likely to be interested. You can control this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and most browsers let you block tracking scripts.

Calls and texts

By joining the list you agree we can call or text you about your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or just tell us on the phone and we'll take you off.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the pre-order list is no longer running — whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it altogether. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we'll honour the same request from anyone who asks. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

This list isn't intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If this notice changes we'll update the date at the top.
